’Ila’ (swearing) does not Take Place except after Going to Bed with one’s Wife
3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ibn ‘Udhaynah who has said that I do not know this Hadith except from Zurarah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘One can only be in ’ Ila ’ (swearing) against his wife when he goes to bed with her.’”
