Volume 3, Book 2, Chapter 14

وَ لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَسْتَكْرِيَ الرَّجُلُ أَرْضاً بِمِائَةِ دِينَارٍ فَيُكْرِيَ بَعْضَهَا بِخَمْسَةٍ وَ تِسْعِينَ دِينَاراً وَ يَعْمُرَ بَقِيَّتَهَا.

And there is no harm if a man rents land for one hundred dinars, subleases part of it for ninety-five dinars, and develops the rest of it.
