Chapter on What is Permissible to Pray in, from Clothing and Place, and What is Not Permissible to Pray in, from That

The Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى support him, said: “It is not permissible to pray in a thin garment that is transparent due to its thinness, unless there is something beneath it like an izar (waist wrap), trousers, or a shirt that is not see-through."
