وليس بين الخبرين تضاد لان الخبر الاول تناول حكم المعادن والثاني حكم ما يخرج من البحر، وليس احدهما هو الآخر بل لكل واحد منهما حكم على الانفراد.
And there is no contradiction between the two reports, because the first report dealt with the ruling of mines, And the second dealt with the ruling of what comes out of the sea, and one of them is not the other; rather, each one of them has a ruling separately.
