The Prayer for Eclipses, Earthquakes, Winds, and Oppression and Their Causes
وَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: «لِلرِّيحِ رَأْسٌ وَ جَنَاحَانِ.
Imam Ali عليه السلام said: "The wind has a head and wings."
