Chapter on What is Obligatory for One Who Breaks the Fast or Engages in Intercourse in the Month of Ramadan Intentionally or Forgetfully

Idris ibn Hilal narrated from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام that he was asked about a man who had relations with his wife during the Month of Ramadan. Imam عليه السلام said: "He must provide twenty sa' of dates. This is what the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) instructed the man who came to him and asked about this matter."
