Zurara narrated from Abu Ja'far عليه السلامregarding the words of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Exalted: "Hajj is [during] well-known months" (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:197). Imam عليه السلام said: "Shawwal, Dhu al-Qa'dah, and Dhu al-Hijjah. No one is permitted to enter Ihram for Hajj outside of these months."
