Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh|Volume 3|Book 2|Chapter 14
Sama'ah asked Abu Abdillah عليه السلام about a man who leases land with the consent of its owners, based on specific conditions agreed upon with them. Imam عليه السلام said: "He is entitled to the rent of its houses, except for what is already in the possession of its cultivators (dahaaqeen), unless he stipulated with the landowners to include what is in the possession of the cultivators."
