Chapter on Prohibition of Shedding Blood and Taking Wealth Unlawfully, the Prohibition of Engaging in the Impermissible, and Repentance From Killing Whether Intentional or Accidental
Al-Alaa narrated from Muhammad ibn Muslim from one of the two Imams (peace be upon them), who said: "The Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى (peace be upon him and his family) said: 'Whoever is killed defending his wealth is a martyr.'" Imam عليه السلام also said: "If it were me, I would have abandoned the wealth and not fought."
