What is Narrated From Al-Askari عليه السلام Regarding the Designation of Al-qa'im
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْوَرَّاقُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ الْبَغْدَادِيُ أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ مِنْ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ ع تَوْقِيعٌ زَعَمُوا أَنَّهُمْ يُرِيدُونَ قَتْلِي لِيَقْطَعُوا هَذَا النَّسْلَ وَ قَدْ كَذَّبَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ قَوْلَهُمْ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ.
Narrated to us Ali bin Abdullah Warraq: Narrated to us Saad bin Abdullah: Narrated to me Musa bin Ja’far bin Wahab Baghdadi that the following missive came from Abu Muhammad عليه السلام:“They thought that they could plan to murder me so that my progeny may be cut off. And the Almighty Allah rendered their word and their plots ineffective and thanks and gratitude is to the Allah, the High.”
