Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām|Volume 1|Book 1|Chapter 11
Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Nasr narrated from Abd al-Karim, from Abu Basir, who said:
I said to Abu Abdullah عليه السلام: "A well is drawn from for drinking, Wudu' (ablution), washing clothes, and making dough, and then it is discovered that there was a dead body in it. What should be done?" Imam عليه السلام said: "There is no harm. The clothes do not need to be washed, nor does the prayer need to be repeated."
