وَ بِهَذَا اَلْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ اَلْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُصَدِّقِ بْنِ صَدَقَةَ عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلدَّنِّ يَكُونُ فِيهِ اَلْخَمْرُ هَلْ يَصْلُحُ أَنْ يَكُونَ فِيهِ اَلْخَلُّ أَوْ مَاءٌ كَامَخٌ أَوْ زَيْتُونٌ فَقَالَ« إِذَا غُسِلَ فَلاَ بَأْسَ» وَ عَنِ اَلْإِبْرِيقِ يَكُونُ فِيهِ خَمْرٌ أَ يَصْلُحُ أَنْ يَكُونَ فِيهِ مَاءٌ قَالَ« إِذَا غُسِلَ فَلاَ بَأْسَ» وَ قَالَ فِي قَدَحٍ أَوْ إِنَاءٍ يُشْرَبُ فِيهِ اَلْخَمْرُ قَالَ« تَغْسِلُهُ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ» سُئِلَ أَ يُجْزِيهِ أَنْ يَصُبَّ فِيهِ اَلْمَاءَ قَالَ« لاَ يُجْزِيهِ حَتَّى يَدْلُكَهُ بِيَدِهِ وَ يَغْسِلَهُ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ».
And through this chain of transmission, from Muhammad bin Yahya, from Muhammad bin Ahmad, from Ahmad bin Al-Hasan, from Amr bin Sa’id, from Musaddiq bin Sadaqah, from Ammar bin Musa:
I asked Abu Abdullah عليه السلام about a barrel that contained wine - can it be used to store vinegar, brine, or olives? Imam عليه السلام said: "If it is washed, then there is no harm." And Imam عليه السلام was asked about a jug that contained wine - can it be used to hold water? Imam عليه السلام said: "If it is washed, then there is no harm." And Imam عليه السلام was asked regarding a cup or vessel that was used for drinking wine. Imam عليه السلام said: "Wash it three times." Imam عليه السلام was asked: "Is it sufficient to pour water into it?" Imam عليه السلام said: "No, it is not sufficient until he scrubs it with his hand and washes it three times."
