Chapter on Guiding the Dying, Positioning Them at Death, Procedures for Their Final Moments, Washing Them, and Placing Them in Shrouds
Narrated from Muhammad bin Al-Husayn, from Uthman bin Isa, from Sama'ah.
He said: "I asked Imam عليه السلام about a person in the state of ihram (a pilgrim observing sacred rites) who dies. Imam عليه السلام replied: 'He is washed and shrouded in all his clothes, and his face is covered. He is treated as a non-pilgrim except that no perfume is applied to him.'"
