سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ اَلْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ وُهَيْبِ بْنِ حَفْصٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ كَيْفَ أَصْنَعُ إِذَا خَرَجْتُ مَعَ اَلْجَنَازَةِ أَمْشِي أَمَامَهَا أَوْ خَلْفَهَا أَوْ عَنْ يَمِينِهَا أَوْ عَنْ شِمَالِهَا قَالَ« إِنْ كَانَ مُخَالِفاً فَلاَ تَمْشِ أَمَامَهُ فَإِنَّ مَلاَئِكَةَ اَلْعَذَابِ يَسْتَقْبِلُونَهُ بِأَنْوَاعِ اَلْعَذَابِ».
Sa‘d ibn ‘Abdullah narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn, from Wahib ibn Hafs, from Abu Basir:
He said: I asked Abu ‘Abdullah عليه السلام, "What should I do when I go out with a funeral? Should I walk in front of it, behind it, to its right, or to its left?" Imam عليه السلام said: "If the deceased is an opponent (Mukhalif), do not walk in front of it, for the angels of punishment will be facing it with various kinds of torment."
