أَبُو عَلِيٍّ اَلْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَلْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ اَلْعِيصِ بْنِ اَلْقَاسِمِ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اِمْرَأَةٍ ذَهَبَ طَمْثُهَا سِنِينَ ثُمَّ عَادَ إِلَيْهَا شَيْءٌ قَالَ« تَتْرُكُ اَلصَّلاَةَ حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ».
Abu Ali al-Ash'ari reported from Muhammad ibn Abd al-Jabbar, from Safwan ibn Yahya, from al-Iys ibn al-Qasim, who said:
I asked Abu Abdillah عليه السلام about a woman whose menstruation had ceased for several years, and then it returned to her. Imam عليه السلام said: "She should refrain from prayer until she becomes pure."
