Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām|Volume 1|Book 1|Chapter 4
Through the same chain of transmission, from Ṣafwan, from Ibn Muskan, from Abu Basir, from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام, who said:
I asked Imam عليه السلام about a man who performed ablution (Wuduʾ) but forgot to wipe his head until he stood in prayer. Imam عليه السلام said: "He should leave the prayer, wipe his head, and then repeat the prayer."
