Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām|Volume 1|Book 1|Chapter 4
The Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى support him, informed me from Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from his father, from al-Husayn ibn al-Hasan ibn Aban, from al-Husayn ibn Saʿid, from Ṣafwan, from Mansur, who said:
I asked Abu Abdullah عليه السلام about someone who forgot to wipe their head until they stood in prayer. Imam عليه السلام said: "They should leave prayer, wipe their head and feet, and then resume."
