Chapter on the Description of Ablution (Wudu)

Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Ṣaffar, from Yaʿqub ibn Yazid, from Ahmad ibn ʿUmar, who said: I asked Abu al-Hasan عليه السلام about a man who performed Wuduʾ but forgot to wipe his head until he stood in prayer. Imam عليه السلام said: "Whoever forgets to wipe their head or any part of the Wuduʾ that Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Exalted, has mentioned in the Quran must repeat the prayer."
