Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām|Volume 1|Book 1|Chapter 6
This narration was also reported by al-Hasan ibn Mahbub in the Kitab al-Mashyakha with a different wording, from Umar ibn Yazid, who said:
(Narrator said) "I performed ghusl on a Friday in Medina, wore my clothes, and applied perfume. A maidservant passed by me, and I engaged in thigh contact with her (tafakhudh), leading to my ejaculation and her apparent ejaculation. This caused me distress, so I asked Abu Abdullah عليه السلام about it. Imam عليه السلام said: 'You do not need to perform wudu, and she does not need to perform ghusl.'"
