Chapter on Description of Tayammum, Its Rules for Those in a State of Impurity, and What They Should Observe About Istibra and Istizhar

And with this chain of narration, from al-Husayn ibn Sa'id, from Hammad, from Hariz, from Zurara, from Abu Ja'far عليه السلام, who said: Imam عليه السلام said: "There is no prayer without purification, and it suffices you for Istinja' (cleaning after relieving oneself) to use three stones. This is how the Sunnah was established from the Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). As for urine, it must be washed."
