Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Mahbub, from Bunan ibn Muhammad ibn Isa, from Ali ibn Mahziyar, from Ahmad ibn Ishaq al-Abhari, who said: I wrote to Him عليه السلام: "May I be ransomed for you, we have socks and padding that are made from rabbit fur. Is it permissible to pray in rabbit fur without necessity or taqiyyah?" Imam عليه السلام wrote in reply, peace be upon him: "Prayer in it is not permissible."
