Chapter on the Prayer Times (Mawaqit)

Ali ibn Muhammad narrated from his father, who raised it (the chain of narration) and said: A man said to Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him: “Indeed, the sun rises between the two horns of Satan.” Imam عليه السلام said: "Yes, indeed, Iblis has taken for himself a throne between the heaven and the earth. So when the sun rises and people prostrate at that time, Iblis says to his devils: 'Indeed, the children of Adam are praying to me.'"
