Chapter on the Prayer Times (Mawaqit)

From him, from Hammad, from Shu'ayb, from Abu Basir: Abu Abdillah عليه السلام said: "If a man sleeps and does not pray the Maghrib and the night prayer (Isha), or forgets them, and he wakes up before Fajr with enough time to pray both of them, then he should pray them both. But if he fears that one of them will be missed, then he should begin with the night prayer (Isha). And if he wakes up after Fajr, then he should begin by praying the morning prayer (Fajr), then Maghrib, then the night prayer (Isha) before the rising of the sun. But if he fears that the sun will rise and he will miss one of the two prayers, then he should pray Maghrib and leave the night prayer (Isha) until after the sun rises and its rays disappear, then he should pray it."
