Chapter on the Prayer Times (Mawaqit)

From him, from Fadalah, from Ibn Sinan: Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, said: "If a man sleeps or forgets to pray Maghrib and the night prayer (Isha), and he wakes up before Fajr with enough time to pray both of them, then he should pray them both. But if he fears that one of them will be missed, then he should begin with Isha. And if he wakes up after Fajr, then he should pray the morning prayer (Fajr) first, then Maghrib, and then Isha before the rising of the sun."
