Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām|Volume 2|Book 1|Chapter 13
As for what was narrated by Al-Husayn ibn Sa'id from Fadalah from Husayn ibn Uthman from Sama'ah from Abu Basir from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, who said:
I asked Him عليه السلام about a man who sleeps through the morning prayer until the sun rises. Imam عليه السلام said: "He should pray the two rak'ahs and then pray the morning (Fajr) prayer."
