Ahmad from Al-Barqi from Al-Nawfali from Al-Sakuni from (Imam) Ja'far عليه السلام from his father عليه السلام:
(Imam) Ali عليه السلام, peace be upon him, said: "The last thing upon which I parted from the beloved of my heart (Prophet صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم), was that He صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم said: ‘O Ali, when you pray, pray the prayer of the weakest among those behind you, and do not appoint a Mu'adhdhin who takes a wage for his Adhan.'"
