Muhammad ibn Ismail from Al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Safwan from Al-Ala' ibn Razin from Muhammad ibn Muslim:
Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, said regarding a man who forgets the Adhan and the Iqamah until he enters into the prayer. Imam عليه السلام said: "If he remembers before he recites (the Qur'an), then he should send blessings upon the Prophet صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم, may Allah سبحانه وتعالى bless him and his family, and give the Iqamah. But if he has already recited, then he should complete his prayer."
