Chapter on the Manner of Prayer, Its Description and What is Obligatory and Recommended
From him, from Ahmad ibn Al-Hasan from Amr ibn Sa'id from Musaddiq ibn Sadaqah from Ammar Al-Sabati, who said:
I asked Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, about a man who gestures during the obligatory and supererogatory prayers when he does not find anything to prostrate upon and has no place to prostrate. Imam عليه السلام said: "If it is like that, then let him gesture throughout the entire prayer."
