Ali ibn Ibrahim from Muhammad ibn Isa from Yunus from Al-Ala' from Muhammad ibn Muslim from one of them (Imams عليه السلام), peace be upon them:
Imam عليه السلام (was asked) regarding a man who touches his nose during the prayer and sees blood, what should he do, should he leave? Imam عليه السلام said: "If it is dry, then he should throw it away and there is no harm."
