Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Mahbub from Al-Abbas ibn Ma'ruf from Al-Husayn ibn Yazid from Isma'il ibn Abi Ziyad from Ja'far from his father:
(Imam) Ali عليه السلام, peace be upon him, said regarding a man who is praying and sees a child crawling toward a fire or a sheep entering the house to cause damage. Imam عليه السلام said: "He should leave, secure what he fears for, and continue with his prayer as long as he has not spoken."
