Chapter on the Manner of Prayer, Its Description and What is Obligatory and Recommended

As for what was narrated by Al-Husayn ibn Sa'id from Fadalah from Aban ibn Uthman from Abdul-Rahman ibn Abi Abdullah from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, who said: I asked Him عليه السلام about a menstruating woman, does she recite the Qur'an and perform the prostration if she hears a verse of prostration? Imam عليه السلام said: "She may recite but she does not prostrate."
