Sa'd from Abu Ja'far from Musa ibn Al-Qasim Al-Bajali and Abu Qatadah from Ali ibn Ja'far from his brother (Imam) Musa ibn Ja'far عليه السلام, peace be upon them both:
(Imam عليه السلام) said: "It is upon the Imam (of prayer) to raise his hand during the prayer; it is not upon anyone else to raise his hand during the prayer."
