Ali ibn Ibrahim from his father from Ibn Abi Umayr from Hammad ibn Uthman from al-Halabi:
Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, said: "If you stand up after the two rak‘ahs of Dhuhr or any other prayer and did not recite the tashahhud in them, and you remember that in the third rak‘ah before bowing, then sit and recite the tashahhud, then stand and complete your prayer. But if you do not remember until after you have bowed, then proceed with your prayer until you complete it. Once you have finished, perform the two prostrations of forgetfulness after the taslim and before you speak."
