Al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn Abi Hamzah, who said:
Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, said: "If you stand up after the first two rak‘ahs and did not recite the tashahhud, and you remember before you bow, then sit and recite the tashahhud. But if you do not remember until after you have bowed, then proceed with your prayer as you are. Then, when you have finished, perform two prostrations in which there is no bowing, then recite the tashahhud that you missed."
