Chapter on What is Permissible and Impermissible to Pray in - of Clothing and Place
Sa'd from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Ayyub ibn Nuh from Safwan ibn Yahya and Muhammad ibn Yahya al-Sayrafi from Hammad ibn Uthman from someone who narrated it from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him:
(Imam عليه السلام was asked) regarding a man who prays in leather socks (khuff) that have been soiled. Imam عليه السلام said: "If it is something in which the prayer is not completed (meaning it is not considered a complete garment by itself), then there is no harm."
