Chapter on Times of Prayer and Sign of Each of Its Times

And from him, from al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Yaqtin, from his brother al-Husayn ibn Ali ibn Yaqtin, from Ali ibn Yaqtin, who said: I asked Him عليه السلام about a man who is overtaken by the time of Maghrib while on the road, may he delay it until the twilight disappears? Imam عليه السلام said: “There is no harm in that during travel. As for when in residence (not traveling), then something less than that (delay is appropriate).”
