Chapter on the Manner of Prayer, Explanation of the Fifty-One Rak‘ahs; The Order, Recitation, Tasbih in Bowing and Prostration, Qunut, and What is Obligatory and Recommended Therein

This was narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Hasan ibn ‘Allan, from Muhammad ibn Hakim, who said: I asked Abu al-Hasan عليه السلام, peace be upon him: “Which is better in the last two rak‘ahs, recitation or ‘tasbih’?” Imam عليه السلام said: “Recitation is better.”
