And from him, from Abdullah ibn al-Mughirah, from Abu Ayyub, who said Abu Basir narrated to me: Abu Abdillah عليه السلام said: “Indeed, the Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, said to his companions one day: ‘Do you think that if you gathered together all the clothing and vessels you possess, then placed them one on top of another, do you think it would reach the sky?’ They said: ‘No, O Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى.’ He صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم said: ‘One of you says, when he finishes his prayer: ‘SubhanAllah, wal-hamdu lillah, wa la ilaha illallah, wa Allahu Akbar’, thirty times. These repel destruction, drowning, burning, falling into a well, being devoured by a beast, a bad death, and the calamity that descends upon the servant on that day.’”
