Ahmad ibn Muhammad raised it (in narration) to Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, who said: “A supplication that is to be recited after every prayer you perform, and if you are afflicted with an illness, pain, or ailment, then when you complete your prayer, wipe your hand over the place of your prostration on the ground, and supplicate with this supplication. Then pass your hand over the place of your pain seven times, saying: ‘O He عز وجل who pressed the earth upon the water, and sealed the air with the sky, and chose for Himself عز وجل the most beautiful of names, send blessings upon Muhammad صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم and the family of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم, and do for me such-and-such, and grant me such-and-such, and heal me from such-and-such.’”
