وَ رَوَى بَكْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْهُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:« مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يَأْخُذُ مَضْجَعَهُ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ اَلَّذِي عَلاَ فَقَهَرَ وَاَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ اَلَّذِي بَطَنَ فَخَبَرَ وَاَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ اَلَّذِي مَلَكَ فَقَدَرَ وَاَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ اَلَّذِي« يُحْيِ اَلْمَوْتىٰ» وَ يُمِيتُ اَلْأَحْيَاءَ «وَ هُوَ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ» خَرَجَ مِنَ اَلذُّنُوبِ كَيَوْمَ وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّهُ»
Bakr ibn Muhammad narrated from Him, peace be upon him: Imam عليه السلام said: “Whoever says, when he lies down to sleep, three times: ‘All praise is due to Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the One who is exalted and thus overpowered, and all praise is due to Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the One who is hidden and thus aware, and all praise is due to Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the One who possesses and thus decreed, and all praise is due to Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the One who gives life to the dead and causes the living to die, and He has power over all things’, (this person) will emerge from his sins like the day his mother gave birth to him.”
