Sa‘d al-Iskaf narrated from Abu Ja‘far عليه السلام: Imam عليه السلام said: “Whoever says these words, I guarantee that no scorpion nor harmful creature will harm him until morning: ‘I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, which no righteous or wicked person can surpass, from the evil of what He عز وجل has created, and from the evil of what He عز وجل has formed, and from the evil of every creature whose forelock He عز وجل holds. Indeed, my Lord عز وجل is on a straight path.’”
