مَا رَوَاهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَهْزِيَارَ عَنِ اَلْحَسَنِ عَنِ اَلنَّضْرِ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ وَ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ أَبَانٍ جَمِيعاً عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ قَضَاءِ اَلْوَتْرِ بَعْدَ اَلظُّهْرِ فَقَالَ« اِقْضِهِ وَتْراً أَبَداً كَمَا فَاتَكَ» قُلْتُ وَتْرَانِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ فَقَالَ« نَعَمْ أَ لَيْسَ إِنَّمَا أَحَدُهُمَا قَضَاءٌ»
What was narrated by Ali ibn Mahziyar, from al-Hasan, from al-Nadr, from Hisham ibn Salim, and Fadalah from Aban, both from Sulayman ibn Khalid, who said:
I asked Abu Abdillah عليه السلام about making up ‘witr’ after Dhuhr. Imam عليه السلام said: "Make it up as ‘witr’, always, just as you missed it." I asked: “Two ‘witr’ prayers in one night?” Imam عليه السلام said: "Yes, is not one of them a make-up?"
