Chapter on the Detailed Explanation of Prayer, Including the Obligatory and Recommended, and What is Permissible and Not Permissible.
وَعَنْهُ عَنِ اَلْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ اَلنُّعْمَانِ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ وَفَضَالَةَ عَنِ اَلْحُسَيْنِ جَمِيعاً عَنِ اِبْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: فِي قَضَاءِ اَلْوَتْرِ قَالَ« اِقْضِهِ وَتْراً أَبَداً»
And from him, from al-Hasan, from Ali ibn al-Nu’man, and Muhammad ibn Sinan, and Fadalah from al-Husayn, all from Ibn Muskan, from Sulayman ibn Khalid:
Abu Abdillah عليه السلام (was asked) regarding the making up of ‘witr’. Imam عليه السلام said: "Always make it up as ‘witr’."
