وَ عَنْهُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ اِبْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ إِنِّي صَلَّيْتُ اَلْمَكْتُوبَةَ فَنَسِيتُ أَنْ أَقْرَأَ فِي صَلاَتِي كُلِّهَا فَقَالَ« أَ لَيْسَ قَدْ أَتْمَمْتَ اَلرُّكُوعَ وَ اَلسُّجُودَ» قُلْتُ بَلَى فَقَالَ« فَقَدْ تَمَّتْ صَلاَتُكَ إِذَا كَانَ نِسْيَاناً»
And from him, from Muhammad ibn Yahya from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ibn Faddal from Yunus ibn Ya’qub from Mansur ibn Hazim, who said:
I said to Abu Abdillah عليه السلام: "I performed the obligatory prayer but forgot to recite anything in my entire prayer." Imam عليه السلام said: "Did you not complete the bowing and the prostration?" I said: "Yes." Imam عليه السلام said: "Then your prayer is complete, if it was out of forgetfulness."
