Ali, from his father, from Ibn Abi Umayr, from Ali ibn Yaqtin, from Abu al-Hasan عليه السلام, peace be upon him, said:
I asked Imam al-Kadhim عليه السلام about a man who set out on a journey, then the intention to stay (al-iqamah) occurs to him, while he is in the middle of his prayer. Imam عليه السلام said: “He should complete (the prayer), if the intention to stay arises during it (middle of his prayer).”
