From him, from Yaqub ibn Yazid, from Ibn Abi Umayr, from Hisham ibn al-Hakam, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him:
Imam al-Sadiq عليه السلام said regarding the prayer of the two Eids. Imam عليه السلام said: “You connect the recitation with the recitation,” And Imam عليه السلام said: “You begin with the takbir in the first (rak‘ah), then you recite, then you bow with the seventh (takbir).”
