Chapter on the Prayer of the Eclipse

عَنْهُ عَنِ اَلْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ اَلْكُوفِيِّ عَنِ اَلْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ غَالِبِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ رَوْحِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَلرَّحِيمِ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ صَلاَةِ اَلْكُسُوفِ تُصَلَّى جَمَاعَةً قَالَ« جَمَاعَةً وَ غَيْرَ جَمَاعَةٍ»
From him, from Al-Hasan ibn Ali al-Kufi, from Al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Faddal, from Ghalib ibn Uthman, from Rawh ibn Abd al-Rahim, who said:
I asked Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, about the eclipse prayer, whether it is prayed in congregation. Imam عليه السلام said: “In congregation and not in congregation.” (meaning whichever that you wish)
