Tahdhīb al-Aḥkām|Volume 3|Book 2|Chapter 6
From him, from Uyaynah the seller of reeds, from Ibrahim ibn Maymun who said:
I said to Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him: “We travel to Ahwaz on ships, and we combine the prayers in them.” Imam عليه السلام said: “Yes, there is no harm in it.” I asked: “And we prostrate on what is in them, and on pitch (al-qir)?” Imam عليه السلام said: “There is no harm.”
