Muhammad ibn Yaqub, from Ali ibn Ibrahim, from Muhammad ibn Isa, from Yunus, from the one who mentioned it, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, who said:
I (narrator) said to Imam عليه السلام: “May I be made your ransom, is the Fitrah upon the people of the deserts?” He (narrator) said: “Imam عليه السلام said: ‘The Fitrah is upon everyone who subsists upon a staple food, so he must pay from that staple food.’”
