Chapter on Zakat of the Wealth of Children and the Insane

Sa’ad ibn Abdullah, from Ahmad ibn Muhammad, from Safwan ibn Yahya and Fadala ibn Ayyub, from al-Ala, from Muhammad ibn Muslim, from one of the two Imams عليه السلام, peace be upon them, who said: I asked Imam عليه السلام about ‘the wealth of the orphan.’ Imam عليه السلام said: “There is no zakat in it.”
